Being different does not define them. Over the years, PWD has showed they are also able to contribute in our nations labor markets. Align with our moto “PERKESO itu Prihatin, Prihatin itu PERKESO”, we have ensured that PWD also have a fair chance in employment.
Our Activities:
Early Intervention
We do profiling and assess their skills in order to match the job requirement provided by employer.
Improvement Program Skills
We provide training such as Microsoft or skills development for them to be ready for employability.
Engagement with Employer & Advocacy Program
We do conduct talks and advocacy program in order to promote hiring PWD.
Providing Incentive for hiring PWD
As part of the Program Daya Kerja, an incentive as per government’s latest budget for 3 months is given for PWD that is hired by a company.
Career Fair & Open Interview
We also invite our PWD to be involved with any career fair & open interview that was organized by PERKESO. We understand the gap between employer and potential employee who are PWD and match it based on our screening before inviting them to attend the career fair & open interview.
