Insured Persons is a retrenched worker who receives benefits under the Employment Insurance System.

All groups that need help with employment services including group of job seekers such as graduates, low-skilled workers and PERKESO non-contributors.
Vulnerable Groups
All vulnerable groups and communities that need help with employment services such as Orang Asli, Return To Work Programme for Insured Persons and Persons with Disabilities.
