Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) Workshop is a training course designed for employers who wish to establish a workplace recovery program for employees affected by illness or disability.
This workshop aims to enhance employee efficiency and productivity by providing comprehensive physical and mental support in the workplace.
Target participants of the RTWC Workshop :
- Heads of Department
- Human Resources Officers
- Occupational Safety and Health Officers (SHO)

Eligibility Requirements for Fee Claims Through HRDCorp
The registration fee for the Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) Workshop is RM 400 per participant. This fee is claimable through HRDCorp under the Skim Bantuan Latihan (SBL), subject to the following conditions:
- Grant Application
Employers must submit a grant application to HRDCorp before the workshop start date. - SBL Claims
Claims to HRDCorp can only be made once the participant has completed the RTWC workshop. - How to Apply
