MYFutureJobs job portal was developed by the Ministry of Human Resources and it was mandated to PERKESO to utilize job matching and bridge the expanding demand for free employment services for all. As moving forward in 2020 MYFutureJobs was single-handled by PERKESO and proclaimed as the National Employment Services Provider’s role.
MYFutureJobs Portal uses AI as the main feature to link the individual with the best-matched jobs based on their skills & competencies, experiences, and education. To secure the accuracy of the match, we also provided free career counsellor services and assistance from the officers to the job seeker.
