Everyone needs a second chance. Second Chance is a dedicated program designed for Orang yang Diparol (ODP), Orang yang Diselia (ODS), Orang Yang Bebas Berlesen (OBB) and ex-convicts. Apart from finding job for them, we also support this group by offering training to selected individuals for them to get a job upon their return to the society.
How do we work?
Early Intervention
We do profiling and assess the program candidate skills to match the job requirement provided by potential employer for hiring.
Improvement Program Skills
We provide training such as Microsoft or any TVET related program for them to be ready for employability.
Engagement with Employer & Jabatan Penjara Malaysia (JPM)
Get to know what are the incentives that were provided for this program and how the supply of talents works.
Open Interviews
Attend the career fair & participate in open interviews.
