Introducing “The Daya Kerjaya 3.0 programme”
A Job Support Scheme for the Private Sector, Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) and Government-Linked Investment Companies (GLICs) – is an employment incentive under Budget 2025. It is provided to employers for applications submitted from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, for new hires starting from December 1, 2024.
As employer support, this programme offers a special incentive of RM600 per month for three (3) months for each hired worker from eligible target groups.
Who is Eligible?
1. Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) / Return To Work (RTW) participants under PERKESO
2. Ex-convicts / Parolees (ODP) / Licensed Releasees (OBB) / Supervised Releasees

Benefits for Employers
- RM600/Month Employment Incentive – Employers will receive RM600 per month for 3 months for each hired worker from the target groups.

- Empowering an Inclusive Workforce – Provides job opportunities for PWDs, ex-convicts and individuals in rehabilitation programs, fostering a more competitive employment landscape in Malaysia.
- Fully Supported by the Government – This initiative is part of Budget 2025, aligning with the government’s efforts to enhance Malaysia’s workforce employability.
