💼 Role Highlights:
– AUM Growth: Proactively acquire new Affluent and Diamond Affluent clients to drive AUM growth.
– Wealth Advisory: Offer personalized financial solutions and planning services to clients.
– Portfolio Management: Retain clients and increase wallet share through effective cross selling strategies.
– Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including BNM and AMLA/CFT guidelines, as well as internal bank policies.

🎯 Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager in Banking or Wealth Sales.
– Licensing: Must hold active FIMM (UT), IPPC/PCE, and TBE licenses.
– Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the High Net Worth (HNW) market in Johor Bahru.
– Skills: Proficient in MS Excel.
– Attributes: Highly driven and motivated to exceed assigned goals.
– Performance: Proven track record of achieving targets.
