K-Youth Development Programme 2026

The K-Youth Development Programme 2026 is a youth employability initiative by Khazanah Nasional Berhad aimed at developing future-ready talent in the Digital and Technology sector, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The programme offers structured training, professional certification, and practical industry exposure through a four (4)-month job placement with participating companies. Participants will also receive a monthly allowance, including EPF and SOCSO benefits, throughout the programme duration.

This programme is implemented in collaboration with PERKESO through the MYFutureJobs platform, supporting job matching and talent placement between employers and job seekers.

By combining theoretical learning, industry-based AI projects, and real-world work experience, the programme is designed to enhance graduates’ employability and prepare them to meet the evolving demands of the future workforce.
